The Whitecourt Wolverines are pleased to announce that 2002-born Forward Jacob Boucher has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with the hockey club. The Legal, Alberta product who plays with the Fort Saskatchewan Midget AAA Rangers is having a great year. Currently, he has 31 points in 33 games which has him 3rd in team scoring. Boucher has played four times as an affiliate player with the Whitecourt Wolverines this season.
Head Coach Shawn Martin had this to say,
“We wanted to address our team speed moving forward, and Jacob is one guy that does that, you will be hard pressed to find a quicker skater them him. We love the energy that he brings, entertaining player to watch and has a great attitude”.
