Team Appearance Requests
The Whitecourt Wolverines love our community and are proud to be a part of it. Our players and staff are available for a range of activities, including school visits, charity events, company BBQ’s, volunteers activities and community events. We believe in giving back to the community that supports us and are excited to participate in your event.
How to Request a Team Appearance
If you would like to request the presence of the Whitecourt Wolverines at your event, please contact the Wolverines office:

Guidelines for Appearance Requests
To help us accommodate your request, please provide the following information:
- Event name and description
- Date and time of the event
- Location of the event
- Type of appearance (e.g., autograph session, speaking engagement, skills demonstration)
- Any specific requests or requirements for the players or staff
Availability
While we strive to fulfill as many requests as possible, please understand that our availability is subject to the team’s schedule and commitments. We recommend submitting your request at least four weeks in advance to allow for proper coordination and scheduling.
