Onyskiw was also honoured previously this month, alongside goaltender partner Elliott Pratt for the Top Team Goaltenders Award given to the tandem with the lowest GAA in the AJHL.

Zac had this to say about his recent accolades “It is such an honour to win these awards and bring them back to such an amazing town and to the best organization in the AJHL. I would like to thank all of my teammates for helping me win these awards, I could not have done it without them. ”

Onyskiw remains thankful “I would like to thank my parents for their endless support, Shawn Martin, Bryson Traptow and the rest of the Wolverines coaching staff, as well as the Owners Cory and Terriann Masse for making this year possible.”
