Bobcats made their second appearance at the Scott Safety Centre January 25. Back in December the Wolverines fell to the Bobcats on home ice. Lloydminster Bobcats take the early lead at just 0:32 into the first period from Chance Adrian assisted by Chad MacLean and Brendan Morrow. Bryce Osepchuk evens the score at the halfway point of the first from Kaleb Ergang and Will Spitzer. Tyler Mahan would score the lone goal of the second period from Parker Fofonoff to put the Wolverines up 2-1. Wolverines would add two power play goals in the third, one from Cassidy Bowes assisted by Bjorn Robinson and Adam Sandstrom, the other from Ethan Leyer assisted by Kaleb Ergang and Bryce Osepchuk. Wolverines went 33.3% on the power play and final shots 34-25 Whitecourt.
Tonight’s win is Wolverines fouth straight win.
