Defenceman Peyton Gorski has committed to attend and play for the Augustana Vikings (Camrose) who play in the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC). The Vikings are led by first year Head Coach Tim Green.
From Regina, Saskatchewan Peyton was acquired at this year’s trade deadline from the Portage Terriers of the MJHL. Combined with the Terriers and Wolverines this season, Peyton scored 8 points in 16 games.
“Peyton obviously was not here for a long time, but his positive attitude and team-first mentality went a long way with our club during a season where we faced a lot of obstacles,” stated Head Coach/GM Shawn Martin.
