The Whitecourt Wolverines are pleased to announce that 2008 born Forward Jake Banicevic has committed to the hockey club for the upcoming season.
The Port Moody, BC native played last season with the U18AAA Vancouver NE Chiefs. Jake, had a great season finishing in 1st place with only 6 losses in the regular season. The skilled forward finished 4th in league scoring with 50 points in 34 games.
Head Coach/GM Shawn Martin had this to say, “Jake is a quick player with a very good skill set, we are happy to add him to our forward mix.”
Jake had this to say “I’m extremely excited and honored for this opportunity from this organization and cannot wait to get started.”
The Wolverines organization want to welcome Jake and his family to the Wolverines program and wish him the most success in his future development.
