The Whitecourt Wolverines Junior “A” Hockey Club are pleased to announce that they have added Defenceman Eastyn Mannix (05). The Wainwright, Alberta, product spent last season with the Brandon Wheat Kings of the WHL appearing in 25 games. The 6’3″ blueliner played his U18AAA year with the Northern Alberta Xtreme program.
“We are excited to add someone of Eastyn’s size and stature to the club, this is a player that we’ve watched for awhile now and think he has a high upside in Whitecourt.” stated Head Coach/GM Shawn Martin.
Eastyn had this to say about joining the Wolverines “I am really excited to join the Wolverines organization and i’m looking forward to a new beginning in my junior career.”
