The Whitecourt Wolverines are pleased to announce that 2003 Forward Jayden Watson has Signed a Letter of Intent with the hockey club. The Grande Prairie, Alberta native played the last two seasons with the Grande Prairie Midget AAA Storm. Over his tenure with the Storm, Jayden compiled 60 points in just 65 games, making him one of the top 2003 scorers in the AMHL. As an affiliate player with the Wolverines, Jayden also played three games this past season.
Head Coach Shawn Martin had this to say, ?Jayden has the talent to become an elite point producer at our level, we are very excited that he has decided on becoming a Wolverine.?
Jayden added, ?I?m looking forward to the future; it?s a great opportunity for myself and very excited to join the Wolverines organization.?
