The Whitecourt Wolverines are pleased to announce that 2006 Forward Jared McNeil has committed to the hockey club. The Aurora, ON, product has played the last two seasons with the highly regarded St. Andrews College U18AAA program. Last season Jared compiled 13 points in 30 games.
Head Coach Shawn Martin had this to say, “Jared had a tough season from an injury standpoint but we like his work ethic and pace, we feel he will fit well into how we like to play.”
Jared added “I am very excited to sign with Whitecourt for the upcoming season. They have a great history and I’ve heard nothing but great things about the program. I’m looking forward to what the future holds for me as a Wolverine.”
The Wolverines organization want to welcome Jared and his family to the Wolverines program and wish him the most success in his future development.
