The Whitecourt Wolverines Junior “A” Hockey Club are pleased to announce that they have acquired Nathaniel Bannister (04) from the St. Michaels Buzzers of the OJHL. The Schomberg, Ontario product put up 26 points in 51 games his rookie season. Prior to his time with St. Mikes the 6’2 defender played with the well-respected St. Andrews College Hockey Program.
“Nat can really fire the puck; besides that, he does a good job moving it up quickly and is very mobile for his size.” stated Head Coach/GM Shawn Martin.
Nat had this to say about the transaction “I am looking forward to being a part and contributing to the Wolverines, I am excited to get started.”
