In a surprising move the Whitecourt Wolverines Junior “A” Hockey Club are pleased to announce that they have moved Carson Ironside (03) to the Camrose Kodiaks of the AJHL. The St. Albert, ALTA, played 3 seasons for the Wolverines before committing to Albertus Magnus University this past off season.
“Carson contacted us letting me know that he had a desire to come back and play his last half season in junior, his first priority was to get as many starts as possible. With Ben Charette having the season he is, starts are at a premium so we were able to find Carson a great opportunity in Camrose.” stated Head Coach/GM Shawn Martin.
