The Whitecourt Wolverines are pleased to announce that 2005 Forward Spencer Rheaume will be part of the organization starting in the 2022-23 season.
The Beaverlodge, Alberta product spent the 2021-212 season with the Grande Prairie Storm U18AAA program, where he led the team in goals (18) and points (31) in 36 games. Spencer also played 4 games with the Wolverines this past season collecting 1 goal and 1 assist.
Head Coach Shawn Martin had this to say about the addition, “Spencer has steadily improved since attending our prospect camp last spring. He has a great skill set and his hockey IQ is off the charts which was very evident in the games he played with us as an affiliate.”
Spencer had this to say about his decision to join the Wolverines “I’m pleased with my decision to sign with the Wolverines. They have a great group of guys and are a first-class organization.”
The Whitecourt Wolverines want to welcome Spencer and his family to the Wolverines program and wish him the most success in his future development.
