The Whitecourt Wolverines have traded Tanner Hickey (06) to the Sexsmith Vipers of the NWJHL in exchange for a PDF.
Hickey was acquired earlier this season from the Timmins Rock of the NOJHL and appeared in 6 games for the Wolverines registering 16PIM.
Head Coach & GM Shawn Martin had this to say “Tanner is a great kid, we really enjoyed having him here in Whitecourt but for his development it was better for him to go to a team where he will have an opportunity to play more.”
