Whitecourt, AB – The Whitecourt Wolverines are excited to announce the details of our 2017/2018 Alberta Junior Hockey League exhibition and regular season schedule.
Exhibition play will begin on August 30th in Camrose at the Camrose Kodiaks preseason tournament against the Drumheller Dragons. The team’s first home preseason game at the Scott Safety Centre will be Tuesday, September 5th at 7:30pm against the Lloydminster Bobcats.
The Wolverines regular season will begin with a home and home set against the Spruce Grove Saints. The season and home opener will be Friday, September 15th at 7:30pm.
This year’s AJHL showcase will once again be in Camrose, Alberta where the team will play a pair of games. First, on Friday, September 29th against the host Kodiaks at 7pm and then on Saturday, September 30th against the Calgary Canucks at 4:30pm.
The Wolverines 29 game home schedule will feature 1 Monday afternoon game (Family Day, February 19th vs Grande Prairie), 7 Tuesday night games, 9 Friday night games, 10 Saturday night games and 2 Sunday afternoon games.
The team will conclude their regular season schedule with a pair of games in Fort McMurray on March 2nd and 3rd against the Oil Barons.

For a sixth straight year, all 60 regular season games will be broadcasted live on XM 105.3 FM and online at mytowntoday.ca.
