Wolverines Introduce New Third Jersey

On Saturday, October 8th, against the Sherwood Park Crusaders, your Whitecourt Wolverines debuted their new red third jerseys.

Owner, Craig Kibblewhite, had this to say about the new look.

“It was a great debut for the jerseys with a come from behind win capped off by a beautiful goal in overtime from Tanner Komzak, really couldn’t have asked for a better start.”

This is the second new jersey the Wolverines have unveiled this year to go along with the new away sweaters.

The Wisconsin inspired look captivated fans in attendance and overall received a positive response.

The Wolverines will still don their black jerseys to pair with the new thirds but their may be a new front runner for best threads in the AJHL.

Goaltender Carson Ironside shared his thoughts on the new look

“I love them,  the complete look with the red pant shells, helmets and gloves, I think it makes us really stand out from everyone else in the league.”

Captain Chase Broda had this to say about the thirds

“The all red looks clean, I love the new look.”
