Wolverines Comedy Night

After a unforgettable night of laughs last year, Wolverines annual Comedy Night is moving to a bigger venue. Join us March 7th at Central School in Whitecourt. Host Ryan Short returns with a pair of new faces; Graham MacDonald and Danny Martinello from Crave TV’s the Office Movers and Kill Tony.

 

5 VIP Tables of 8 are available for $1000, individual tickets $50 online, $60 at the door.  Tickets are now available online here, patrons under 18 must attend with a guardian.

 

 

Ryan Short is an adorable comedian who sees the world through playful eyes. His favourite things include: chocolate milk, water slides, and travelling the world to perform stand up comedy. In 2018 Ryan recorded his first comedy album, Coming Up Short, which is now available on Spotify and iTunes. His comedy career has taken him to The World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas, Australia’s Melbourne International Comedy Festival and the Hubcap Comedy Festival in Moncton. He is also a recurring favourite at the Okanagan Comedy Festival.

After winning the comedy contest Jokers Gone Wild, Ryan was flown to Los Angeles and had the honour of performing at The World-Famous Comedy Store. He has appeared on The Comedy Network, toured Australia and can be heard on Sirius XM, CBC radio. And he’s just getting started.

 

 

 

 

Danny Martinello is no stranger to the stage. Originally starting out with his humble roots as a thespian in Edmonton Alberta,  he now makes his home in Austin Texas  performing Stand up comedy all across North America. Often Described as a high-energy act with machine gun-like delivery, Danny’s no off-limits, Hi octane style of comedy is making him one of the  freshest acts to watch. Danny claimed champion of 2021 Seattle International Comedy Competition making him the 2nd Canadian to ever win the award in its 45 years. He has performed at the Melbourne Comedy Festival, Edinburgh fringe festival, and has made several appearances at the world-famous Comedy Store In Los Angeles, and a Comedy Mothership. Regular.
