Wolverines aquire forward from Drayton Valley Thunder

Whitecourt, AB – The Whitecourt Wolverines have acquired 1999-born forward Felix Meunier from the Drayton Valley Thunder in exchange for 1998-born defenceman Tanner Foster.

The 5’8”, 192lb Meunier is a Sherbrooke, Quebec native. Meunier played 2016-2017 season with the Victoriaville Tigers appearing in 54 games tallying 7 goal and 7 assists. Last season he split time between the Acadie-Bathurst Titan’s and Granby Inouk for a combined total of 25 games, tallying 7 goals and 6 assists. Meunier then moved to the Drayton Valley Thunder for 15 games in the Alberta Junior Hockey League in 2017-2018, scoring 9 goals and 12 assists.
