The Whitecourt Wolverines are excited to announce the hiring of Jaedon Leslie as Assistant/Skills Coach for the upcoming season.
Jaedon is a former Whitecourt Wolverine that played 3 and a half years in the program compiling 118 points and finishing top 5 in his Wolverines career for games played and points. While in Whitecourt he secured a scholarship to play Division 1 hockey at Ohio State University. There he played for the Buckeyes and earned his Business Degree.
Jaedon had this to say about joining the Hockey Club “Its great being back around this program and getting to work with my former coach and former teammate. I’m excited to give back and help these young players achieve their individual goals while working towards the ultimate team goal of bringing a championship to Whitecourt.”
“We had an opening on our staff with Kyle Chipchura leaving to the Oil Kings full time and adding Jaedon was the obvious choice. It will be great to have another former Wolverine on staff with Bryson to continue to grow our tradition and history.“ stated Head Coach/GM Shawn Martin.
