The Whitecourt Wolverines Junior “A” Hockey Club are pleased to announce that the team has added 05′ winger Ethan Short, to the roster. The Edmonton, ALTA, product finished last season with the Calgary Canucks where he faced the Wolverines in the AJHL Finals. Last Season Ethan compiled 22 points in 50 games while adding another 7 points in 11 playoff games.
“We have liked Ethan since his time in Camrose and feel that he adds a good skill set and depth to our forward group.” stated Head Coach/GM Shawn Martin.
Ethan had this to say about joining the Wolverines “I’m excited as the Wolverines are always competitive and have had deep playoff runs the last couple or seasons. The players on this team are talented and I’m thrilled to be apart of the team.”
