The Whitecourt Wolverines of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) are pleased to announce 05′ born defenceman Sloan Farmer, from Old Greenwich, CT, has committed to the team for the 2023-24 season. The 6’0″ defenceman has played the last 2 seasons with the Brunswick Bruins who play in the New England Prep Hockey League. Over that time the blueliner has compiled 29 points in 60 games.
“Sloan is a smart player that moves the puck well and I feel will defend strongly at our level.” said Wolverines Head Coach and GM, Shawn Martin.
Sloan added “I am looking forward to the opportunity to play and continue my development in Whitecourt and I am excited for the future with the Wolverines organization.”
