The Whitecourt Wolverines of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) are pleased to announce 2003-born defenceman Tyson Perkins has committed to the team for the 2021-22 season.
The 6’4 defenceman has split time this year and last between the Red Deer Chiefs and the Lethbridge Hurricanes both play in the U18 AAA Division of the AEHL. In that time, he has collected 11 points in 37 games.
“Tyson is a player that we see a lot of upside with the proper development, we are excited to start working with him next season” said Wolverines Head Coach and GM, Shawn Martin.
Tyson added “I am very excited for what is next. Whitecourt is a great organization and I look forward to being apart of it”
