The Whitecourt Wolverines Junior “A” Hockey Club are pleased to announce that they have acquired Ian Mills (04) from the Calgary Canucks (AJHL).
The 6’1 netminder from Calgary, ALTA, spent his rookie season with the Canucks Compiling a record of 4 wins and 14 losses in 22 games.
“We have been watching Ian for a couple of years and when he came available, we jumped at the opportunity, playing as a 17-year-old, on a young team in a good league is very challenging and we believe he is just starting out on a positive junior career.” stated Head Coach/GM Shawn Martin.
