The Whitecourt Wolverines Junior “A” Hockey Club are pleased to announce that they have added Tanner Hickey (06) to the lineup.
From Mayerthorpe, AB, the 6’2″ 210lb power forward has put up 23 points in 62 career junior games to go along with 182 penalty minutes.
After his time playing for the TRAC U18AA Wolverines, Tanner played in the KIJHL, MJHL and most recently in the NOJHL with the Timmins Rock.
“With some of the untimely injuries that have occurred recently we were able to add a big, strong winger that plays a hard game. Being a local area guy is an absolute bonus for the program.” stated Head/GM Shawn Martin.
