The Whitecourt Wolverines Junior “A” Hockey Club are pleased to announce that they have added Defenceman Jager Gugyelka (07) from the Kamloops Blazers of the WHL.
The Coaldale, AlLTA, product split last season between the WHL’s Kamloops Blazers and Edmonton Oil Kings. Prior to his time in the WHL Jager played for current Wolverines Assistant Coach Mat Hehr with the Northern Alberta Xtreme Prep U18 team.
“We are excited to bring in another veteran defenceman to help us out on the blue line, Matty Hehr had a lot positive to say about Jagers game.” stated Head Coach/GM Shawn Martin.
