The Whitecourt Wolverines of the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL) are pleased to announce 2005-born forward Duncan Stewart has committed to the team for the 2024-25 season.
The 6’0 forward spent last season with Canterbury Prep School team. Duncan put up strong numbers this past season scoring 40 points in 28 games.
“Duncan played in a very strong league last year and we believe he will be a good fit in our forward group.” said Wolverines Head Coach and GM, Shawn Martin.
Duncan had this to say about joining the Wolverines “As a dual citizen I am excited to play hockey in Canada for the Whitecourt community. I hope to help the team succeed in its pursuit of a Centennial Cup and look forward to meeting my new coaches and teammates. I am grateful for the opportunity and look forward to getting to work.”
