The Whitecourt Wolverines of the Alberta Junior Hockey League are pleased to announce that 08′ born defenceman Brant Caswell, of Edmonton, Alberta, has signed a Letter of Intent for the upcoming season.
The 5’11″ defenceman played last season with the U18 AEHL AAA Edmonton Oilers Blue Squad. Brant led all defenceman on his team putting up 32 points in 37 games while also playing 2 games with the Wolverines as an affiliate.
“Brant has excellent mobility and a very high hockey IQ.” said Wolverines Head Coach and GM, Shawn Martin.
Martin adds “He will bring an exciting element to our backend.”
Caswell had this to say “I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a great organization, surrounded by great coaches, teammates, and fans. I’m looking forward to giving my all for the team and the community next season.”
