The Whitecourt Wolverines Junior “A” Hockey Club are pleased to announce that the Portland Winterhawks of the (WHL) have reassigned Jonah Bevington (03) to the hockey club.
The Edmonton, ALTA, product has played in 63 games with the Winterhawks over his career and has compiled 17 points in that time. The 6’2 180 lb winger also played for Team North West Territories at the Canada Winter Games in 2018 where he had 7 points in 6 games.
“Jonah is a big body that skates well and we feel he will have a smooth transition with fitting in with our style of play. ” stated Head Coach/GM Shawn Martin.
