The Whitecourt Wolverines are pleased to announce that 08′ Forward Ricky Deslauriers has committed to the hockey club.
The Saint-Sauveur, QC, product played last season with the CIHA Voyageurs U18AAA program. Last season the right shot forward compiled 50 points in 23 games.
Head Coach Shawn Martin had this to say, “Ricky was a guy that we liked from the moment we watched him, we have had success before with the Voyageurs program and are looking forward to adding him to line-up.”
Ricky added “I am grateful for this opportunity to play in Whitecourt; I cannot wait to get started.”
The Wolverines organization want to welcome Ricky and his family to the Wolverines program and wish him the most success in his future development.
