Wolverines netminder Zac Onyskiw continues to pile up the awards this season and has been named the MVP of the CJHL after a record setting year in the AJHL.
Zac has also taken home honours from the AJHL; Top Team Goaltenders (GAA), MVP and Goaltender of the Year. Onyskiw was also named CJHL goaltender of the year earlier this week.
Onyskiw is the first goaltender in the CJHL to take home MVP honours since Buffalo Sabres goaltender Devon Levi in 2019/20.
Onyskiw recorded the lowest GAA since 2017 and set a new league record for SV% in the regular season. Onyskiw also finished 1st in the AJHL in every major statisical category (Wins, GAA, SV%) finishing with a record of 26-7-4, 1.87GAA and .939SV%. For his 4-year-career Zac ends with 100GP 66-22-10, 2.19GAA, .923SV% and 10 shutouts.

Onyskiw is committed to the MacEwan Griffins for next season, joining former Wolverines goaltender Carson Ironside.
