The Whitecourt Wolverines are pleased to announce that 04′ Defenceman James Mcgregor has committed to the hockey club for the upcoming season. The North York, ONT, native played last season with the Boston Junior Bruins of the NCDC. The 6’4″ 200lbs blueliner scored 12 points in 48 games.
Head Coach/GM Shawn Martin had this to say, “We have been watching James for a couple of seasons now and we believe with his size and mobility he will fit right in on our blue line.”
James adds “I’m super excited to sign with the Wolverines. My dream is to play Division 1 hockey and I know that this organization will help me as a player and person. I’m looking forward to joining the Whitecourt community and I can’t wait to get started.”
