Jack Franklin Commits to Salve Regina University

Defenceman Jack Franklin has committed to the Salve Regina University Division 3 NCAA Program. The Phoenix, AZ, product just finished his 3rd campaign with the Wolverines after joining the program from the NAHL during the 2021-22 season. Last season Jack compiled 20 points in 53 games on his way to being named the teams Top Defenceman. Jack in total played 124 games which makes him the all-time games played leader for American born players with Whitecourt.
“Jack brought a steadiness to his game which was very valued, he was a great teammate and leader for this program. ” Stated Head Coach and GM Shawn Martin.
Jack had this to say about his commitment. “I am very proud an honored to further my hockey and academic career at Salve Regina University. I would like to give a huge thank you to all my teammates, friends, billets, coaches and especially my family for the support along the way. Go Seahawks.”
