The Whitecourt Wolverines are pleased to announce that 2007 Forward Chayse King has signed a Letter of Intent with the hockey team. The Fort McMurray, ALTA, product spent the last two seasons with Fort Saskatchewan Rangers U18 AAA program, where he compiled 50 points in 70 games. Chayse also suited up with the Wolverines in 10 games this past season.
Head Coach Shawn Martin had this to say about the addition, “Chayse was around our team a lot this season and we see a very high energy quick player that will fit into our lineup nicely this upcoming season.”
Chayse had this to say about his decision to join the Wolverines “Jumping in with the Wolverines, I instantly felt at home and part of the team. It’s a great organization, great coaching staff, great guys in the room and great fans in the stands. Looking forward to representing the team and town next season!”
The Wolverines organization want to welcome Chayse and his family to the Wolverines program and wish him the most success in his future development.
